Marine Containers is a customer-focused container depot providing reliable storage, handling, and logistics support for the shipping industry.

The company was established on the foundation of Marine Civil, a harbour construction specialist founded in 1983. Originally created to support marine infrastructure projects, a dedicated precast division — MC Precast — was developed to manufacture heavy concrete units for jetty and breakwater construction.

Building on decades of industry expertise, technical knowledge, and operational experience, Marine Containers was established to deliver efficient, secure, and technology-driven container solutions.

Founded in September 2025 and strategically located in Cape Town’s airport industry area with direct access to major transport routes, we provide fast turnaround capabilities, advanced monitoring systems, and secure facilities that support seamless logistics operations.
